I am more than willing to demonstrate the advantages of studying “Internal Dynamics” with anyone who is interested in taking their SPORT beyond what is considered the normal

What I have to teach, is not to the best of my knowledge being taught to sports people anywhere in the Western world (a sweeping statement, I know), but few people have been as privileged as myself in being exposed to these methods, which can bring about a powerful change in abilities. I have also spent about 25 years developing and refining these techniques first taught to me by my first Chinese teacher many years ago. The Chinese Olympic Team Coaches are well aware that most Western methods are limited. Incidentally, so are the Russians.
